Terms and Conditions

All custom orders have a 3-4 week turnaround.  This does not mean it will take 3-4 weeks to be completed, it may take as little as 1 week depending on how busy our season is.  All custom orders will be invoiced and a non refundable deposit must be paid before build is begun.  This covers the cost of our materials which we often tailor to the customer and may not be able to sell it to someone else should the customer change their mind.  First builds will alway carry a significant discount, and in our compensation we reserve the right to use the build and completion photos for our portfolio.  Otherwise if your item is not a first build (It will show FB next to the name) you reserve the right whether we can use the photos of your item.  We strive for our customers to be 100% happy with their item.  We do guarantee our stitching (with proper care) for 10 years.
